A La Carte Express were formed in 2009,
with 3 Directors all specialising in different area’s within the company. A La Carte Express formed organically, after catering and planning a number of events for friends, and being pestered to do more. People
just seemed to love the food we served and kept asking us to prepare for their parties. This encouraged the 3
of us to consider the idea of setting up a business, and we haven’t looked back since.
Our
Catering Director – David Rose is highly experienced in the area of food preparation with a creative flare in the kitchen,
and is innovative in his menu planning offering new and exciting options were desired.
Operations
Director – Susan Perry Metcalf has 12 years hands on experience in the area of catering and is capable of dealing with
any event big or small.
Marketing and Business Development Director – Janet Rose has worked for many years
in Sales and Marketing. Trained in Event Organising in Los Angeles, she spent 10 years learning how events worked in
the USA. She now focuses on making UK events just as fantastic.
Together with our
loyal and helpful staff, we aim to provide our Clients with the “Very Best experience” in outside catering in
the Northwest area.
